VAMP CABARET®
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
A little theater. A little mischief. A few ground rules.
Vamp Cabaret® creates and produces live theatrical entertainment, immersive experiences, cabaret performances, and other original productions. Our shows are designed to bring audiences together for memorable, unexpected, and occasionally unconventional experiences.
These General Terms & Conditions establish the policies governing attendance, ticket purchases, and participation in events produced or presented by Vamp Cabaret®.
These terms apply to all current and future Vamp Cabaret® productions, regardless of title, format, venue, or location, unless additional or different terms are expressly communicated for a particular event.
By purchasing a ticket, attending an event, or participating in a Vamp Cabaret® production, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable terms below.
01. TICKETS, PURCHASES & ADMISSION
All ticket purchases are subject to the terms published at the time of purchase.
Tickets are valid for one individual admission to the specific performance, date, and time indicated on the ticket. Tickets may not be duplicated, reproduced, or resold for commercial purposes without written authorization.
Guests may be asked to present their ticket confirmation and the name associated with the original purchase upon arrival.
Tickets should only be purchased through official Vamp Cabaret® ticketing channels or authorized ticketing partners. We cannot guarantee admission for tickets acquired through unauthorized third-party sellers, and we are not responsible for fraudulent, duplicated, or invalid tickets.
Unless otherwise stated on an event's ticketing page, ticket purchases are final. Exchanges may be considered up to 48 hours before a scheduled performance, subject to availability and the policies of the applicable ticketing platform. Exchange requests are not guaranteed.
Promotional offers, discounts, complimentary admissions, and special ticket packages may carry additional restrictions.
02. PERFORMANCE DETAILS & PRODUCTION CHANGES
Live performance is an evolving art form. Our productions may incorporate improvisation, audience interaction, rotating performers, alternate casting, and changes in staging or presentation.
Vamp Cabaret® reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to casting, performers, schedules, running order, content, staging, and other production elements when necessary.
A change in performer, creative personnel, or individual production elements does not automatically constitute a cancellation or entitle a ticket holder to a refund.
In the event of a significant schedule change, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected ticket holders using the contact information provided at purchase.
03. CANCELLATIONS & REFUND POLICY
We understand that plans change, but we are unable to offer refunds for circumstances outside our cancellation policy.
If a guest cannot attend a scheduled performance, their ticket is generally forfeited unless an exchange or other accommodation has been expressly approved.
If Vamp Cabaret® cancels a performance, affected ticket holders will be offered either a refund of the ticket's face value or an opportunity to transfer their admission to another available performance, as applicable.
Refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Third-party service, processing, and convenience fees may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.
Vamp Cabaret® is not responsible for incidental or consequential expenses associated with attending an event, including transportation, lodging, parking, meals, or other personal costs.
Where a performance is delayed, interrupted, relocated, or modified due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will determine an appropriate response based on the circumstances and applicable law.
04. ARRIVAL, SEATING & VENUE PROCEDURES
Each production takes place in a venue with its own operational procedures, facilities, and admission requirements.
Doors generally open 15–30 minutes before the scheduled performance, although this may vary. Guests should refer to their event confirmation for specific arrival instructions.
Seating arrangements depend on the venue and production. Unless otherwise specified, seating is not guaranteed to be assigned or reserved.
Late arrival may result in delayed admission, alternative seating, or denial of entry if admitting a guest would disrupt the performance or compromise safety. These decisions are made in coordination with venue management.
Vamp Cabaret® does not own or operate every venue in which our productions take place. Venue staff may enforce additional rules concerning entry, seating, security, food and beverage service, accessibility, and conduct. Guests are expected to comply with those requirements.
05. AUDIENCE PARTICIPATION & INTERACTIVE EXPERIENCES
Some Vamp Cabaret® productions incorporate audience participation, immersive staging, interactive storytelling, or elements that bring performers and guests into closer proximity.
Participation is voluntary unless a specific activity or requirement is clearly disclosed as part of the event experience. Guests are expected to respect performers, other audience members, and any boundaries established during the production.
Guests must not touch performers, props, costumes, equipment, or set pieces without explicit permission.
Audience members who choose to participate in interactive elements are expected to follow instructions from performers and production staff. Disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate participation may result in removal from the activity or the venue.
06. GUEST CONDUCT & RIGHT OF REMOVAL
We want our productions to be exciting, expressive, and entertaining while maintaining a welcoming environment for everyone.
Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward fellow patrons, performers, production staff, venue personnel, and other event participants.
The following behaviors are prohibited:
-
Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or threatening conduct.
-
Unwanted physical contact or invasion of another person's personal space.
-
Aggressive, abusive, or disruptive behavior.
-
Heckling or audience interruptions that interfere with the performance.
-
Deliberate damage to venue property, production equipment, costumes, or set pieces.
-
Refusal to follow reasonable instructions from authorized staff.
-
Behavior that compromises the safety or enjoyment of others.
Vamp Cabaret® and venue management reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any individual whose conduct violates these expectations or otherwise interferes with the event.
Removal for misconduct does not entitle the guest to a refund, subject to applicable law.
07. ALCOHOL, AGE RESTRICTIONS & RESPONSIBLE SERVICE
Age requirements and alcohol policies are determined on a production-by-production basis and will be identified on the applicable event page.
For events where alcohol is served, guests must comply with all applicable age verification and identification requirements. Valid government-issued photo identification may be required for entry or alcohol service.
Alcohol service is controlled by the applicable licensed venue or authorized beverage provider. Vamp Cabaret® does not authorize the service of alcohol in violation of applicable laws.
Service may be refused to anyone who appears intoxicated or otherwise unable to consume alcohol responsibly.
Guests who arrive visibly intoxicated or whose behavior presents a safety concern may be refused admission or removed without a refund.
Outside alcoholic beverages are prohibited unless expressly authorized by the venue.
08. ACCESSIBILITY & GUEST ACCOMMODATIONS
We strive to make our productions accessible to a broad audience. However, accessibility varies according to the physical characteristics of each venue and the nature of the individual production.
Guests requiring wheelchair access, mobility accommodations, specific seating arrangements, or other assistance should contact us before purchasing tickets whenever possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to coordinate accommodation requests with the applicable venue. Some requests may require advance arrangements, and certain physical or production limitations may affect what accommodations are available.
For venue-specific accessibility questions, we may direct guests to the venue operator, who is best positioned to confirm the available facilities and services.
Alcoholic beverages, complimentary drinks, drink tickets, beverage packages, and other refreshments may be offered as part of certain Vamp Cabaret® productions. The specific offerings, quantities, and conditions applicable to each event will be described on its individual ticketing or event page.
Vamp Cabaret® reserves the right to determine the selection, type, brand, preparation, serving size, and method of distribution of all beverages offered as part of a production, subject to applicable law and venue licensing requirements.
Beverage selections may vary between performances and venues. Substitutions or reasonable adjustments may be made due to availability, supply limitations, venue requirements, or other operational considerations.
Unless expressly guaranteed in writing on an event listing, specific brands, labels, flavors, cocktails, ingredients, or beverage varieties are not guaranteed.
Guests acknowledge that beverage offerings are determined by the production and its authorized beverage partners. Personal preferences, dissatisfaction with a particular beverage selection, or changes to available offerings do not constitute grounds for a ticket refund, exchange, or other compensation.
Any included beverages are subject to applicable age restrictions, responsible service requirements, and venue policies. Non-alcoholic alternatives will only be provided where expressly advertised or otherwise available at the discretion of the venue or production.
09. PHOTOGRAPHY, RECORDING & PUBLICITY
Photography and recording permissions may differ between productions. Any event-specific restrictions will be communicated before or during the performance.
Unless prohibited by the production, guests may take personal photographs and short videos provided they do not interfere with the experience of other patrons or the performance itself.
Professional recording equipment, flash photography, livestreaming, and unauthorized commercial recording are prohibited unless expressly approved.
Vamp Cabaret® may photograph, film, or otherwise record its productions and surrounding event activities for archival, promotional, publicity, and commercial purposes.
By attending an event, guests acknowledge that they may appear incidentally or intentionally in photographs and audiovisual recordings and grant Vamp Cabaret® and its authorized production partners permission to use their image, likeness, and voice in connection with the production and its promotional or documentary materials, without additional compensation, to the extent permitted by law.
Guests who have concerns about appearing in recordings should contact production staff before the event. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests but cannot guarantee exclusion from all incidental footage.
10. PERSONAL PROPERTY & SECURITY
Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings throughout the event.
Vamp Cabaret® is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Venues may implement bag inspections, security screenings, or restrictions on particular items.
Weapons, illegal substances, hazardous materials, and other items deemed dangerous or disruptive are prohibited. Venue management and authorized event personnel may refuse entry to guests carrying prohibited items.
Any lost property inquiries should be directed to the venue where the event took place.
11. VENUE OPERATIONS & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Vamp Cabaret® frequently collaborates with independently operated theaters, bars, event spaces, and other hospitality or entertainment businesses.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, these establishments remain independently responsible for their own premises, facilities, employees, licenses, food and beverage operations, and venue-specific policies.
Vamp Cabaret® does not control the day-to-day operation of independently managed venues or guarantee the availability of third-party services and amenities.
Guests agree to follow all applicable venue rules and understand that certain aspects of their visit, including parking, food and beverage service, security, and building accessibility, may be managed by third parties.
12. HEALTH, SAFETY & UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
Guests must follow all applicable health and safety requirements, emergency procedures, posted notices, and instructions from authorized personnel.
Performances may be delayed, interrupted, modified, or canceled due to circumstances affecting the safety or feasibility of the event. These may include severe weather, venue closures, technical failures, emergencies, public safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond reasonable operational control.
In such circumstances, Vamp Cabaret® will make reasonable efforts to communicate relevant updates and determine an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.
13. GIFT CERTIFICATES, PROMOTIONS & SPECIAL OFFERS
Gift certificates, promotional admissions, discount codes, and special offers are subject to the specific conditions communicated at the time they are issued.
Unless otherwise required by law, promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash, combined with other discounts, or applied retroactively to previous purchases.
Gift certificates may be subject to expiration dates, eligible production restrictions, and availability requirements where permitted by law.
14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CREATIVE RIGHTS
Vamp Cabaret® develops and produces original theatrical works, entertainment concepts, characters, scripts, performances, visual materials, and associated creative properties.
All trademarks, branding, logos, original scripts, characters, production designs, promotional materials, photography, recordings, and other intellectual property are owned by Vamp Cabaret® or their respective rights holders.
Nothing about purchasing a ticket or attending a performance grants a guest ownership, reproduction, distribution, adaptation, or commercial exploitation rights in any production or creative material.
Unauthorized recording, reproduction, distribution, publication, or commercial use of protected creative materials is prohibited.
Individual productions may incorporate third-party materials or licensed intellectual property, which remain the property of their respective owners.

16. GENERAL LEGAL PROVISIONS
These terms are intended to govern the relationship between Vamp Cabaret® and guests attending our productions.
If any provision of these terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
No provision in these terms is intended to waive any consumer right or legal protection that cannot lawfully be waived.
Vamp Cabaret® reserves the right to revise or update these terms as its productions, operations, and applicable legal requirements evolve. Updated terms will be published through our official channels.
Any additional terms expressly communicated for a particular production will apply alongside these general terms. Where event-specific terms conflict with these general terms, the event-specific terms will govern that particular event to the extent of the conflict.
